These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("User", "Customer", "you") and EduHub AI ("EduHub", "we", "us", "our"), operated by KIFOYATECH LLC (Registration / Tax ID: 312206850, Tashkent, Uzbekistan), regarding your access to and use of our web application, autonomous academic tools, API endpoints, and educational software services.

By creating an account, selecting a plan, clicking any purchase button, or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or have explicit legal parental consent) and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

2. Nature of Educational Service & Regulatory Status (ZRU-637)

EduHub AI (also operating as EduMate AI) is a cloud-hosted pedagogical learning suite designed to assist students, tutors, and institutions. Features include autonomous Socratic inquiry tutoring, homework review scaffolding, lecture audio/PDF summarization, IELTS/TOEFL writing rubrics, and curriculum planning tools powered by advanced AI models.

Regulatory Status Notice (Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On Education» No. ZRU-637): EduHub AI / EduMate AI is a digital SaaS self-study software tool and is NOT an educational licensing organization. The platform does not implement state-accredited educational curricula, does not conduct state certifications, and does NOT issue academic degrees, state diplomas, or accredited credentials.

Any reference to third-party trademarks, test names, examination boards, or academic institutions on EduHub AI is made strictly for nominative, educational, and descriptive identification purposes under the legal doctrine of Nominative Fair Use. EduHub AI and LLC «KIFOYATECH» are independent academic technology providers and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by Cambridge Assessment, the British Council, IDP Education, ETS, the College Board, or OpenAI.

11. Educational Outcome & Academic Score Disclaimer

EduHub AI is an assistive educational software and diagnostic study tool. All diagnostic evaluations, band score predictions (e.g., Band 1.0–9.0, CEFR levels), rubric breakdowns, and AI-generated model rewrites represent algorithmic heuristic estimates provided solely for formative study guidance and self-assessment.

EduHub AI does not administer official examinations, is not an examination testing center, and does not issue official academic degrees or accredited test certificates. Actual exam performance and official scores are determined solely by independent examination boards (such as Cambridge Assessment, the British Council, IDP, ETS, or the College Board) based on candidate performance under official testing conditions. Mandatory Informal Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith for a mandatory period of thirty (30) days by contacting mahallamade.uz@gmail.com. Any dispute not resolved through informal negotiations shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent commercial courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, or, upon mutual agreement, to binding international commercial arbitration under UNCITRAL rules.
