EduHub AI ("we", "our", or "the Platform", operated by KIFOYATECH LLC, STIR/Tax ID: 312206850, Tashkent, Uzbekistan) provides an autonomous AI-driven academic copilot designed to empower students, educators, and parents. We believe personal and educational data must be handled with strict integrity. We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Credentials: Email address provided during registration or checkout for authentication and license issuance.
• Student Files, Essays & OCR Images: Essay drafts, homework texts, lecture documents, and camera photos of handwritten papers uploaded for diagnostic grading. All files are processed in-memory (ephemerally) and are strictly never shared with third parties.
• Educational Queries: Homework questions, textbook excerpts, and study topics submitted for Socratic tutoring, summarization, or flashcard generation.
• Technical Data: IP addresses (used solely for rate-limiting and DDoS defense), browser type, and anonymous telemetry to diagnose system errors.

3. Payment Security & Merchant of Record

All payments, subscriptions, and financial transactions are securely processed by our authorized Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments Inc. (Dodo Payments Inc.). EduHub AI does not store, process, or transmit full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. All billing adheres to PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance standards with bank-grade 256-bit encryption.

4. AI Processing, Ephemeral RAM Security & Zero Model Training Guarantee

Academic queries, essays, OCR images, and study notes sent to our AI engines are transmitted over 256-bit TLS-encrypted channels. We enforce a strict Zero Model Training Guarantee: user submissions are processed ephemerally in volatile RAM and are NEVER used to train, retrain, or fine-tune public machine learning foundation models. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your proprietary coursework or personal data to third-party data brokers or advertising networks. Multi-layer guardrails strictly reject adult (18+), harmful, or unlawful content.

5. GDPR & User Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Article 17 Right to Erasure / Right to be Forgotten) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to:

• Request access to all personal data stored in connection with your account.
• Request immediate and permanent deletion (GDPR Article 17 Right to Erasure) of your profile, history, and uploaded materials.
• Export your data in standard structured formats (JSON / Markdown).

6. Academic Integrity & Auxiliary Educational Tool Policy

EduHub AI is designed strictly as an auxiliary educational copilot to stimulate analytical thinking, study organization, and academic comprehension. The platform must never be used to circumvent academic integrity standards, ghostwrite student submissions, or misrepresent AI-generated material as original coursework. Users and students remain exclusively responsible for abiding by their school, university, or educational ministry's academic honor codes.

7. Children’s Privacy & Parental Oversight

EduHub AI is designed for students, educators, and lifelong learners. In compliance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Guarantees of the Rights of the Child, COPPA, and GDPR Article 8 child consent standards:

• Users under 16 years of age must utilize the platform under parental, legal guardian, or authorized institutional supervision.
• We do not knowingly collect, profile, or sell personal identifiers or geolocation data from minors.
• Parents or legal guardians may review, request modifications to, or order the immediate deletion of their child's account data and submitted exercises by contacting mahallamade.uz@gmail.com.
